Doreen’s 33 year run as Operations Manager for a prominent Central Ohio law firm helped pair her straight-forward business approach with the speed of technology. Doreen began her professional career as an IT manager and ultimately the operations manager, running all of the daily business affairs of the law firm. Although she was satisfied in her career, something was missing. It was through her own personal real estate investments that she found the answer. That veteran agent who taught her to knock on doors also told her, “Everything is for sale, it just depends on the time and price”. And that was all it took to get Doreen moving in real estate.
Since that time, her ‘get moving’ attitude has earned her many of the Columbus Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club awards. She was the number one agent for several months at a major franchise brokerage during her first few years in real estate, despite being a part time agent at the time. Her reputation as a no-nonsense agent with a legal business background also led to starting a partnership in a successful commercial real estate firm. Her ability to relate to clients across a multitude of generations (from seniors to millennials) is one of the major keys to her success.
