Doreen will move a mountain to put her clients in the home they really want. That includes knocking on any door to ask if the home is for sale. It’s an old-school method that she learned from a veteran agent years ago; however, there’s nothing old school about Doreen Mazzanti. Her unconventional approach is exactly what buyers and sellers crave. No stuffiness. No guessing. No waiting. Just moving with confidence toward their next home.
Doreen’s 33 year run as Operations Manager for a prominent Central Ohio law firm helped pair her straight-forward business approach with the speed of technology. It’s what keeps real estate transactions moving forward when time is of the essence. And when you add her own experiences of buying, selling, and renovating homes, it provides a smooth experience to the active professionals and families she serves. Those traits, combined with her love for biking and her BMW F-800 GT, are what earned her the slogan, “Let’s Get Moving”.
career, something was missing. It was through her own personal real estate investments that she found the answer. That veteran agent who taught her to knock on doors also told her, “Everything is for sale, it just depends on the time and price”. And that was all it took to get Doreen moving in real estate.
Since that time, her ‘get moving’ attitude has earned her the Columbus Board of Realtors’ $1m, $5m, and $10 Million Dollar Club awards. She was the number one agent for several months at a major franchise brokerage during her first few years in real estate, despite being a part time agent at the time. Her reputation as a no-nonsense agent with a legal business background also led to starting a partnership in a successful commercial real estate firm. Her ability to relate to clients across a multitude of generations (from seniors to millennials) is one of the major keys to her success.
Perhaps what sets her apart the most is her passion for motorcycles. She’s easy to spot on most fair weather Ohio days. When she isn’t selling real estate or cycling, she’s walking her dog, Annie. Her clients love her epic energy and positive approach. She gets moving from the moment you meet her until she pulls up to the closing on her own smooth ride.
